摘要

目的 研究雪里见球茎的化学成分。方法 运用多种色谱技术分离雪里见球茎中化学成分,采用波谱技术和理化性质确定化合物的结构。结果 分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(1),β-胡萝卜苷(2),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(3),新橄榄脂素(4),oldhamactam(5),O-ethyllycorenine(6),α-细辛醚(7),(R)-bgugaine(8),5,7,4′-三羟基-3′-甲氧基黄酮(9),芹菜素-6-C-半乳糖-8-C-阿拉伯糖苷(10),异夏佛托苷(11)和尿苷(12)。结论 化合物5、6 为首次从该属植物中得到,化合物3、4、7、10、11和12为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Arisaema rhizomatum. METHODS The constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and preparative TLC. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physiochemical characteristics. RESUTLS Twelve compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extracts and identified as β-sitosterol(1),daucosterin(2),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucuronide(3),neo-olivil(4),oldhamactam(5),O-ethyllycorenine(6),α-asarone(7),(R)-bgugaine(8),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone(9),apigenin-6-C-galactosyl-8-C-arabinoside(10), isoschaftoside(11) and uridine(12). CONCLUSION Compounds 5 and 6 are reported from the plants in genus Arisaema. for the first time. Compounds 3,4,7,10,11 and 12 are isolated from this plant material for the first time.
